The smoked fish at Astor Crowne Plaza's dining facilities were straight fire! Their staff, especially Enock, and the prime location near Bourbon Street and top-notch restaurants like Acme Oyster House and Mr B's Bistro, kept us in the NOLA groove.

No WiFi and an unexpected $400 prepayment snag during check-in left a slight bitter taste, but the flavors of NOLA still shone bright.

It has a perfect and nice location close enough to Bourbon Street, and Bourbon and Canal. Canal Street district is worth seeing.

The brand-new room was nicely furnished with 2 queen beds and had plenty of space. The staff was very helpful during my stay. The hotel is in a perfect and stunning location, within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The location of Astor Crowne Plaza is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant French Quarter, making it convenient to explore the city's iconic attractions. The dining experience at Galatoire's was a delightful journey through historic culinary traditions, adding a touch of authenticity to the stay.

Despite the luxurious promises, my room failed to match expectations. Located next to rowdy partygoers, the ambiance was far from tranquil.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and patient; they assisted with our baggage. The hotel is centrally located near the best restaurants, jazz music venues, and popular attractions like the Superdome and the French Quarter. We felt safe in the area, particularly at night, as it is considered a secure spot for tourists.

The staff were especially helpful. the hotel was nicely updated and had a magnificent location close to the action. the attached restaurant with the staff was the best part.
